Outplacement Coaching

We operate nationwide

Outplacement coaching is a service that meets the statutory requirements for transition security, designed for restructuring situations that lead to workforce reductions.

Through our high-quality outplacement coaching, we ensure that employees who are made redundant find a sustainable path back to employment as quickly and effectively as possible.

Outplacement coaching is typically delivered on a one-to-one basis, although individual sessions may be preceded by a brief group coaching element. Participants receive personalised support in identifying their strengths, showcasing their skills, and are guided — according to their own wishes — toward the path that is right for them, whether that is re-employment, further education, rehabilitation, or entrepreneurship. Each participant works with a dedicated personal career coach who helps them find clear, forward-moving solutions and secure their place in working life.

By partnering with us, your organisation can be confident that the restructuring process is handled responsibly and with genuine respect for people. Our extensive experience in supporting employees with partial work capacity means we are also well placed to assist those facing health-related employment challenges. This helps keep pension-related risks in check and ensures that the responsibilities of being someone’s last employer are fully met. Restructuring carried out with care and responsibility also has a lasting positive impact on your reputation as an employer.

Who Is Outplacement Coaching For?

Outplacement coaching is intended for individuals whose employment has ended as a result of workforce restructuring.

The programme makes it easier to navigate change, identify and articulate your skills, and build a focused job search strategy. Through our service, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of what effective job searching requires and what practical approaches can help them find a new direction. Together with a personal career coach, each participant develops an action plan — and more importantly, puts it into practice — opening the door to the right role and the right organisation for them.

The Benefits of the Programme

The starting point is always the individual — their situation, wishes, and needs. The coaching lays a solid foundation for the job search, with the career coach by the participant’s side throughout the entire transition process. With the coach’s support, clarifying personal interests, strengths, and professional skills becomes easier — making it clearer where and how to focus the job search for the best results.
Working with a coach also frequently brings a valuable shift in perspective, opening up new possibilities — both in terms of career development and building a stronger personal brand.

The coaching motivates and activates — it gives the job search direction and purpose. With our support, participants launch their job search effectively and move toward roles that match their goals in a more structured and timely way. Together with their coach, participants develop a personal job search strategy, explore their options, and learn both modern job search techniques and how to harness social media as a professional tool. Participants are also given practical guidance on how to build visibility in the digital world and get noticed by future employers. Our service helps participants sharpen their understanding of their own value in the job market and prepares them for interviews and employment negotiations with confidence.

Getting Started

Before the programme begins, the details are agreed upon with the employer — including the overall duration, scope, and number of coaching hours available. Once we receive confirmation from the employer to proceed, we reach out to the participant directly to arrange the first coaching session.

At the start of the programme, we agree on the practicalities and have an open conversation about the participant’s expectations, wishes, and goals. In addition to in-person meetings, coaching sessions can also be held remotely.

Employees with Partial Work Capacity

If any of those facing redundancy have partial work capacity, it is important to discuss their situation at the earliest stage of our partnership — so that we can take their individual needs into account when planning the coaching programme.
